1. Senior Manager (IT) with minimum 15 years of experience and minimum of 3 years of experience at Sr. Manager / Senior Management level, Age: 40 years 
2. Manager (IT) with minimum 10 years of experience and minimum of 3 years of experience at Manager / Middle Management level, Age: 35 years 
3. Assistant Manager (IT) with minimum 05 years of experience and minimum of 3 years of experience at Middle Management level, Age: 30 years
4. Senior Manager (HR) with minimum 15 years of experience and minimum of 3 years of experience at Sr. Manager / Senior Management level, Age: 40 years
5. Manager (HR) with minimum 10 years of experience and minimum of 3 years of experience at Sr. Manager / Senior Management level, Age: 35 years
